Here at the Panelmate Handling web site we have a range of specialist handling products specially designed for manual handling boards, sheets and panels  such as MDF, plywood, chipboard and even metal or plastic sheets and lifting equipment for other large flat objects such as windows, door fitting and security door installation door cart, along with trolleys for lifting and shifting of plasterboard and drywall. not only this but we also have trolleys specifically for handling drums both for metal drum and for plastic drum.

For Door fitting and door installation we have the Telpro Doorminator which makes light work or doors up to 79 Kg. and the Dorm8 for doors and security doors fixing up to 350 Kg allowing a single person to fit and present doors to the frame on site or for test fitting in a workshop the Dorm8 can even be used to transport heavy doors to site and manoeuvre them into position at the place of fitting even if these doors are blast proof or bullet resistant BR doors or metal doors. To help with the manufacture of doors we have a trolley for rotating door blanks or panels through 360 deg. the DoRoT8 will clamp a panel at the ends and allow the user to work and machine both edges and the faces without unclamping, it is designed to work with our Panelmate trolleys both the PA4 and the PB4 as well as the Dorm8 allowing the blank to passed from each trolley to another for easy lifting. Where panels need laying flat and rotated to the vertical we have a workstation for doors and frames with an electric lift and electric tilt (PWW) this workstation is also suitable for window handling and can be used to work on frames and sashes vertically and horizontally with the working height being adjustable.

For board handling, panel handling and sheet handling then look no further than the panel grips which come in three sizes PG1 for boards 6 mm to 45 mm thick. PG2 for boards 25 mm to 75 mm thick and PG3 for boards 50 mm to 100 mm thick, these twist on to the board edge and grip it to allow you to lift the sheet with a handle at the correct height for your back, when more than one sheet is to be moved with a board trolley then there is the 3 in 1 trolley for panels, boards, sheets, sections, profiles or heavy items which stores flat and can easily be set to carry boards and other items. Where an aid to manual handling and machining is required we have a range of board handling trolleys which can be used single handed and can present sheets to machines with vertical beds or horizontal beds. the PA4 and PB4 have a height adjustment allows the operator to match the boards with the bed they can carry up to 450 Kg of sheets at a time and can cut costs substantially not only because one operator is now required not two but also because they will work more efficiently. They can also reduce the need for racking and being a trolley also they can be used for transportation. For moving boards and helping with manual handling we have a range of devices and trolleys for moving and transporting boards from single sheets to trolleys which will move up to 2000 Kg at a time these include our TT 29, TT 49, TT 112, TT136, PL1 and TT 2721 trolleys. and specifically for long sections and profiles or just plain lengths of timber look no further than the PT1 or Mac Rack.

When it comes to lifting, shifting, fixing and fitting of plasterboard or drywall not only do we have the PG1, PG2 and PG3 already mentioned we have a range of Panel lift by Sumner and Telpro which allow one person to fit plasterboard on walls and ceilings up to 4.5 m high The Sumner range have an alternative cradle for the fixing of HVAC installations and ducting.

We have a section devoted entirely to drum handling whether you need a simple drum caddy for moving a single item or you need a specific lifting device to lift drums whether they are plastic or steel onto pallets some which lift and straddle pallets also we have drum handlers which attach to a forklift others which tip

Here at Panelmate Handling we have a range of solutions for general manual handling of pallets, loads and machinery including pallet trucks, Stackers, straddle stackers and counterbalanced pallet stackers, work positioner for getting your materials at just the correct height whether it’s a box or fitting HVAC ducting we have load moving items and heavy load skates for lifting and shifting heavy loads and machinery as well as a range of forklift attachments from Fork extensions, hooks and jibs to sweepers and magnetic sweepers to make your fork lift more versatile. For factories and warehouses we have a range or Static scissor lift tables and Mobile scissor lift tables.

We have Pallet Truck, sometimes known as hand pallet truck, lift truck, pallet jack, or even pump truck of all types and ranges starting with general cheap budget models right up to Stainless steel ( SS ) models which are for the manual handling all pallets from CHEP Pallet, Euro Pallet to standard wooden pallet, turning all pallets into trolleys. All of which will help with your manual handling and storage needs. If you need to Buy a Pallet Truck for a specialist application then we have a model to suit you at a good price, Standard cheap Pallet truck start at Budget prices but we also have Premium models ( AC 2500 Kg ) for best value and heavy duty ( AC 3000 Kg ), and extra heavy duty pallet truck  ( HP 5000 Kg ) which will manual handle loads up to 5000 Kg, we even have ones with a huge 230 Deg steering arc ( Max CBG 2500 Kg )or ones with a progressive or dead man brake, if your need is for a pallet truck to work on site then we have one for rough terrain or made of galvanized steel ( AC 2000 Kg Galv ). For the food industry we have stainless steel ones. For the packaging or dispatch warehouse we have weight scale pallet trucks and ones with printers. Your storage and warehouse requirements may be for a low profile pallet truck or even a supa low profile pallet truck or an extra long fork one, for this we have our AC 2000 Kg and AC 1000 Kg range which also have the option of a brake or a quicklift pump. If you need to stack your pallets then we have a range of Pallet Stacker for manual handling open pallets and straddle stacker for closed and double-sided pallet. Our range starts with a manual winch model WS for loads from 500 – 1000 Kg. Next up the range we have the manual range with a hydraulic hand pump ( MT 1000 Kg ). Next up the range of pallet stacker we have our SPM 1000 Kg range going up to 1500 Kg of semi electric stackers and finally we have the C 1000 Kg to C 1500 Kg self propelled stackers.

For closed pallet and double sided pallets we have a range of Straddle stackers starting with our GT 1000 Kg range of manual straddle stackers which have legs which surround the pallet leaving the floor clear under the pallet once lifted, Our MW 1000 Kg  range is semi electric giving and electric lift for the pallet whilst manual handling is used to push it around as with the other stackers. If you require powered moving as well then we have a  counterbalanced pallet stacker which a pedestrian operator can follow and control and even a reach stacker with a ride platform range with varying mast options for different situations. At the top of the range we have the CSM 1500 Kg self propelled, self powered with a ride platform straddle stacker.

For positioning full pallets or other loads we have mains operated and powered static scissor lift tables and power free manual mobile scissor lift tables as well battery powered electric mobile scissor lift tables all of which can be used for load leveling. We also have a power free load leveler from Southworth Handling called the Pallet Pal which uses a combination of springs and a scissor action turntable to facilitate the easy manual loading of pallets. We have a specialist scissor lift which is designed specifically to be loaded by a pallet truck which is not only low profile but also has a " U " shaped bed, allowing a pallet or load on a truck to be positioned in the center of the table. Our Cheap budget value for money range of mobile lift tables start with the TF 150 Kg range with other models going up to the TF 800 Kg and the value for money premier range being the BS 150 Kg range which goes up to the BS 1000 Kg for loads up to 1000 Kg. The electric mobile scissor lift range is the ES 300 Kg going up to the ES 1000 Kg which is powered by a rechargeable battery pack

We have an extensive range of ergonomic work positioners for materials and products, these are extensively used in the building and contractor industries for the installation of ducting and HVAC pipes by installers as well as general manual handling of loads, products, boxes and specialist items on site or in factories and warehouses many of them are powered by the operator with the use of a winch. Apart from the cheap budget mini stacker work positioner lift PS 400 Kg we sell propriety brands such as Sumner and Genie which are used by contractors and installers and are highly regarded by those in the manual handling industries as material lifts and contractor lifts. Some of the more specialist handling work positioner lifts such as drywall and plasterboard lifts by Sumner and Telpro are listed under the specialist manual handling pages under panel handling. Work positioner are sometimes used as load levelers and so in this range we have a power free automatic load leveler the PalletPal, this facilitates the easy manual loading of pallets. From the mini stacker and pallet pall we have three sack truck type small lifts for general low level warehouse and fabrication applications as well as load leveler the Sumner Lil Hoister series 2200 lift, Sumner EL lift and the Genie load lifter. For larger fabrication and manufacturing as well as on site exterior and interior  installations there is the Sumner Roust A Bout lift crane and the Genie Super Hoist a gas powered, usually Co2 or compressed air, lift for site work especially good for specialist installers of pipes ducting and HVAC applications to mention just a few. For wall and kitchen cabinets there is a a wall cabinet lift for transporting and installing wall cupboards. There is also a range or work positioners for small items and reels.

When you need to move heavy loads and machinery then look at our range of heavy load moving skates and kits ( SK ), some are steerable, some have a drawbar , some are adjustable. We have a skate kit for loads and machinery of up to 20000 Kg, and a skate kit for loads up to 30000 Kg to help with the manual handling of heavy machinery. For furniture or crates which need to be moved we have a FM 1800 Kg this is a pair of crate ends on swivel castors which are strapped to the crate ends and even features a lift in each end. for very heavy and hard to get to loads such as engines there is an SC folding workshop crane these are heavy duty 1000 Kg or 2000 Kg three position telescopic jib workshop crane, with double action pump unit, heavy duty swivel hook with safety catch. It also folds for ease of storage and is self standing on four wheels. If your having difficulty moving loads such as fridges, other white goods and boxes up and down stairs or carry loads up and down Steps, in and out of vans or steep slopes it has a smooth action via Rubber tracks with a light weight aluminium construction and is easily adjustable for different conditions then look at stair climber. Need to tow loads then look no further than our load moving electric tow tractor for towing up to 3000 Kg, its small, manoeuvrable powerful, robust, simple and effective with Headlamps, Beacon and operation alarm.

In our Forklift attachment section you will find EX Fork Extensions and Invicta Fork Extensions from 1220 mm to 2440 mm long fork extension sleeves provide a simple and effective handling solution for the occasional need to stablising long and awkward loads without the risk of damage. For those situations where you need a crane then we have a range of fork mounted jib attachments. Our basic adjustable jib attachment converts a forklift into a mobile crane with 13 jib positions, Safe working load 3000 kg – 640 kg it has one swivel hook and a retention chain. over the whole range of extending jibs we have ones with a maximum load of 200 Kg at an extension of 3000 mm to 4000 Kg at 1000 mm. Along with the fork mounted jibs we also have fork mounted hooks for a cheap alternative which you will also find in the Fork attachment section along with sweepers in several widths and magnetic sweeper both of which will keep your warehouse, workshop or yard tidy and clear of debris

The henchman podium steps can replace a scaffold tower for many applications they are a better alternative to a step ladder or a platform ladder. Podium steps are similar to folding steps with the added safety of stability and restraints, they are also able to cope with uneven or unlevel surfaces and slopes to give a stable working platform for many jobs including maintenance jobs inside or outside. the range includes Junior, Midi, Senior, Major and Maxi Henchman Podium Steps there is also the option of an extender to increase the height of all the range and wheels for easy transportation of all the range but is ideally suited to the large steps.
